JLComputers Delay Exemption Policy
Objective:
This policy outlines the circumstances under which JLComputers will not be held responsible for delays caused by the client in the course of business transactions, project execution, or service delivery.Policy Statement:
JLComputers recognizes the importance of timely project completion and service delivery. However, the following situations will exempt JLComputers from any responsibility or liability for delays caused:

Client-Driven Delays:
JLComputers will not be held responsible for any delays that occur due to actions or inactions of the client. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to provide necessary information, PC components, approvals, or feedback within the agreed-upon timeframes. -
Failure to Meet Deadlines:
If the client misses any specified deadlines (e.g., document submission, payment schedules, or hardware delivery) which are critical to the project's progress, JLComputers will not be held liable for any subsequent delays or disruptions to the project timeline. -
External Factors or Third-Party Dependencies:
If delays are caused by the client’s vendors, contractors, or other third parties, JLComputers will not be held liable for the resulting delay in the completion of services or delivery of products.
Conclusion:
By agreeing to this policy, clients acknowledge that JLComputers is exempt from delays caused by factors within the client's control or influence. Clients are encouraged to meet agreed-upon deadlines and provide timely communication to avoid any disruptions in service or project completion.-
